Human Resources Services Delivery Specialist – DACH Market

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Human Resources Services Delivery Specialist to join our Lisbon team. In this hybrid position you will be the first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 HR support for DACH employees via HR service platforms and case‑management tools.
• Handle queries on HR policies, employee lifecycle, onboarding/off‑boarding, data updates, payroll inputs, benefits basics and employment verification.
• Manage German‑language ticket queues, ensuring proper documentation, system transactions and SLA/KPI achievement.
• Execute standardized HR transactions while respecting DACH‑specific requirements, internal controls, GDPR and data‑protection guidelines.
• Collaborate with Tier 2 HR teams and regional specialists for escalations and issue resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving HR guides, FAQs and documentation.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native German proficiency (written & spoken) – mandatory.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR administration, customer service, shared services or employee support environments.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle Cloud, ServiceNow or similar case‑management platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a high‑volume environment and excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Capability to work independently while collaborating with international teams.
