Human Capital Coordinator – Lisbon (Hybrid)

About the role

Oliver Wyman is looking for a Human Capital Coordinator to join its HR team in Lisbon. This hybrid position requires you to work at least three days a week on‑site, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare documentation and coordinate onboarding, employment changes, leave programs, and off‑boarding activities.
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR systems to guarantee accurate data.
• Support monthly payroll changes in collaboration with internal service providers.
• Monitor deadlines, manage checklists, and draft correspondence.
• Assist with employee experience initiatives such as benefits administration, absence management, and responding to employee queries.
• Contribute to HR projects and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Completed studies focused on Human Resources or related vocational training.
• First practical experience in HR (internship, working‑student role, or entry‑level position).
• Open‑minded, strong interpersonal skills, team‑player attitude and service orientation.
• Independent, structured, precise work style with a willingness to learn.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience with HR information systems, preferably Workday.
