HR Total Rewards Experienced Analyst (French‑Speaking)

About the role

The Total Rewards Experienced Analyst will support employee shareholding operations and contribute to the broader European rewards landscape. You will ensure compliance, data integrity, and help drive efficiency across pay transparency and other rewards initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the external service provider to report and manage changes to shareholder data (e.g., employee departures, entity changes).
• Validate incoming early‑release requests for completeness and procedural compliance.
• Assist with regional Pay Transparency processes.
• Partner with internal teams such as HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits COE, Finance, and Legal, as well as external vendors, to streamline workflows and resolve issues.
• Identify operational efficiencies across International Mobility and Compensation & Benefits topics.

Required profile

• Fluent French language skills.
• Experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits functions.
• Knowledge of employee shareholding operations and European rewards practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
