HR Specialist

About the role

INFINOX is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to lead recruitment, employee lifecycle, and HR operations across its global brokerage business. The role requires a self‑driven professional who can work independently, ensure compliance with Portuguese labour law, and support multiple locations as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from job posting to candidate communication.
• Draft and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and sales agreements in line with Portuguese labour regulations.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of documentation and system access.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and support performance review cycles.
• Assist payroll processing and sales commission administration, liaising with finance and sales leadership.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal events.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of HR experience, preferably within Portugal.
• Background in a global multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese labour law; UK labour law knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced setting and manage multiple locations.
