HR Services Specialist – French Speaker

About the role

Join Thales' HR Shared Service Center in Lisbon and become the first point of contact for employees and managers across multiple countries. This role focuses on supporting HR operations for France, ensuring a smooth and high‑quality employee experience for French‑speaking staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, first‑line assistance on all HR‑related queries for employees and managers.
• Guide new joiners from offer letter through onboarding and beyond, ensuring a seamless start.
• Maintain HR systems, guaranteeing data accuracy and quality.
• Support international teams with onboarding, mobility, and day‑to‑day HR processes.
• Prepare HR letters, reports and documents that simplify employee interactions.
• Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in HR, Management or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Fluent French, used exclusively for HR operations supporting France.
• Strong, clear communication skills and a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Comfort working with diverse cultures and an adaptable, proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with HR platforms such as Workday or ServiceNow (preferred).
