HR & Recruitment Specialist

About the role

WinPower, a leader in engineering and energy‑generation solutions, is seeking an HR & Recruitment Specialist to support its growing portfolio of disruptive energy projects. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to attract and retain technical talent while ensuring compliance with Portuguese labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from defining role profiles to extending offers.
• Maintain multiple open requisitions simultaneously and keep hiring managers updated.
• Build and sustain a talent pipeline for hard‑to‑fill technical positions.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics, including contracts and first‑day arrangements.
• Support HR administration such as employee records, contract renewals, and internship programmes.
• Define and implement HR policies aimed at improving retention and employee well‑being.
• Assist with international mobility, handling documentation and visa processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of recruitment or HR experience.
• Experience recruiting engineers, technicians or field teams is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Portuguese labour law and HR administrative procedures.
• Familiarity with IEFP programmes and support measures.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary and operational teams.
• Organised, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Portuguese labour legislation.
• Understanding of IEFP support programmes.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English communication.
