About the role

Air Liquide Europe Business Services is expanding its HR team across Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda. This evergreen requisition invites experienced HR professionals to join a multicultural shared services environment, supporting a global workforce spanning Europe, Africa, the Middle‑East and India.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for HR inquiries, ensuring timely and quality service for thousands of employees.
• Own cases from receipt to resolution, using knowledge‑base documents and adhering to SLA commitments.
• Identify gaps in documentation, propose improvements, and help educate users on self‑service tools.
• Escalate complex issues to higher‑level support while maintaining clear communication with partners.
• Collaborate daily with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds and business lines.

Required profile

• Ambitious HR expert with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple inquiries and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to develop within a shared services and global operations context.
