HR Administrator – People Operations

About the role

Are you passionate about HR operations and keeping processes running smoothly? We’re looking for an HR Administrator to join our People team in Portugal. You will support HR administration across the employee lifecycle, prepare contracts and documentation, maintain employee records, coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding, and ensure compliance with internal policies and local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, and updating internal databases.
• Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates and managers.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programmes.
• Assist with payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of previous experience in an HR administrative role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Portuguese (mandatory) and fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
