HR People & Administration Consultant – Lisbon

About the role

Conectys is seeking a proactive HR People & Administration Consultant to manage the full HR administration and labour‑relations lifecycle for its Lisbon site. You will act as the internal expert on the Portuguese Labour Code, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to internal stakeholders while independently handling day‑to‑day HR tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end HR administration processes, including document preparation, collection, distribution, registration and archiving, in full compliance with internal procedures and Portuguese labour law.
• Maintain accurate organisational charts, job descriptions, and compensation & benefits records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR administration matters, offering specialised support and practical guidance to stakeholders.
• Analyse HR data and reports, identify errors or legal risks and propose corrective actions.
• Support the optimisation and implementation of HR processes, contributing to global initiatives when required.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) for daily communication with regional and global teams.
• Hands‑on experience covering the full HR administration lifecycle, preferably in a fast‑paced or operationally demanding environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Portuguese Labour Code.
• Highly autonomous, able to own a “one‑person HR desk” and stay organised.
• Willingness to work on‑site at the Lisbon office.
