HR Partner Specialist

About the role

Accenture is seeking an experienced HR Partner Specialist to support its Corporate Functions in Portugal. The role will work closely with leadership to manage people‑related matters across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support leadership on people‑related issues and performance management.
• Oversee promotion processes and ensure data quality within the assigned group.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration of new employees.
• Handle employee discipline and grievances, consulting with the Labor Law Team as needed.
• Guide employees on flexible work arrangements, leaves of absence, transitions, and development programs.
• Escalate risks and issues promptly and propose process improvements.
• Serve as the go‑to person for HR‑specific questions from leadership.
• Prepare ad‑hoc reports and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Required profile

• Graduate or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and conflict‑management abilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential situations and work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Valid work permit or EU/Schengen nationality to work in Portugal.
