HR Partner – Italian Speaker (Shared Service Center)

About the role

Join Thales' HR Shared Service Center in Lisbon as an HR Partner supporting Italian‑speaking employees and managers across multiple countries. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and consistent employee experience from onboarding through everyday HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the friendly first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR‑related topics.
• Guide new joiners through the entire onboarding journey, from offer letter to first day and beyond.
• Maintain HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow or similar) to ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Support international teams with onboarding, mobility, and day‑to‑day HR processes.
• Prepare HR letters, reports and documents that simplify employee interactions.
• Participate in HR projects and continuously improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Degree in HR, Management or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory).
• Strong, clear and approachable communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to bring structure to processes.
• Enjoy working with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Adaptable, proactive and solution‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or other HR platforms (preferred).
