HR Partner – German Speaker (Shared Service Center)

About the role

As an HR Partner in Thales’ Shared Service Center, you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring a smooth and consistent HR experience across the organization. Based in Lisbon, you will support HR activities for the Swiss business unit, using your German language skills to assist colleagues in Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the friendly first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR‑related topics.
• Guide new joiners from offer letter through onboarding and beyond.
• Maintain HR systems, guaranteeing data accuracy and quality.
• Support international teams with onboarding, mobility, and day‑to‑day HR processes.
• Prepare HR letters, reports and documents.
• Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in HR, Management or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Fluent German – used exclusively for Swiss HR operations.
• Strong, clear and approachable communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a natural ability to bring structure.
• Enjoy working with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Adaptable, proactive and solution‑oriented attitude.
