HR Partner Analyst (Corporate Functions)

About the role

Accenture is looking for an experienced HR Partner Analyst to join its Corporate Functions team. You will work closely with leaders across the organization, supporting people‑related initiatives and ensuring smooth HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support leadership on people‑matter issues and provide HR guidance.
• Assist with performance achievement and promotion processes.
• Maintain data quality within the assigned group.
• Coordinate integration of new employees.
• Handle employee discipline and grievances, consulting with the Labour Law team when needed.
• Guide employees through HR lifecycle events, from onboarding to departure.
• Coach employees on flexible work arrangements, leaves of absence, transitions, and development programs.
• Escalate issues and risks promptly.
• Propose improvements to HR processes and serve as the go‑to person for leadership HR questions.
• Prepare ad‑hoc reports and contribute to a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Graduate or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong organizational, negotiation and conflict‑management skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Capability to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
