HR Intern – Work Abroad (Extracurricular Internship)

About the role

Join Bosch's Global HR team in Lisbon as an HR Intern focused on the "Work Abroad" concept. You will support the processing of international remote‑work requests, gaining hands‑on experience in global mobility and employee services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the initial evaluation of remote‑work requests against country‑specific eligibility criteria.
• Act as a point of contact for employees and managers with questions about international remote‑work policies and procedures.
• Maintain and track KPIs related to the Work Abroad service.
• Archive and organize documentation for each request to ensure audit‑trail completeness.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for the Work Abroad process.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and a strong interest in global mobility.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to adapt to structured processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
