HR Intern – International Remote Work (Work Abroad)

About the role

As an HR Intern in Bosch’s global “Work Abroad” team, you will support the processing of employee requests for international remote work. Based in Lisbon, you will gain hands‑on experience in global mobility and HR operations while helping colleagues work from abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the initial evaluation of remote‑work requests, checking eligibility against country‑specific criteria.
• Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers with questions about the Work Abroad policy.
• Maintain and update KPI dashboards that monitor the performance of the international remote‑work service.
• Archive and organise documentation for each request to ensure a clear audit trail.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and help refine internal procedures.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and a strong interest in global mobility.
• Highly organized, proactive and detail‑oriented with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
