HR Data Consultant – French Speaker

About the role

Join mc2i’s Data & AI department as an HR Data Consultant, where you will turn the growing volume of HR information into strategic insights. You will work on‑site with a client to support HR data projects ranging from initial studies to change management, functional design, technical implementation, and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement HR data governance and information flow architectures.
• Develop HR data products and dashboards, ensuring data quality and compliance.
• Manage HR and statutory reporting, including social audits, HR indicators, and KPI tracking.
• Perform analysis and forward‑looking simulations for payroll, workforce planning, and skill management.
• Contribute to the Data & AI hub by conducting research on HR data governance, performance, and strategic workforce planning.
• Participate in publications (blogs, press) and support commercial activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) from an engineering school, business school, or university.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Interest in applying data techniques to HR functions.
• Initial experience managing HR data campaigns (regulatory or corporate reporting).
• Motivation to help develop mc2i’s HR data offering.
