HR Business Partner – Industrial Environment

About the role

Join an international organisation expanding in Portugal as an HR Business Partner. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, aligning people practices with business objectives in a dynamic industrial setting.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers on workforce planning, organisational development and change initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and Portuguese labour law.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, talent development and employee engagement programmes.
• Contribute to compensation & benefits design and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Monitor HR metrics, analyse data and deliver insights for business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist.
• Background in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese labour law and employee relations.
• Proven experience partnering with operational managers and senior leaders.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
