About the role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing team. The HRBP will act as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Research and analyze employee trends to improve engagement and retention.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legal standards and mitigate HR‑related risks.
- Assist management in conflict resolution and promote a culture of ethics and values.
- Onboard new hires, manage immigration paperwork, taxes and benefits packages.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Proven experience in employee onboarding and HR administration.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
