About the role
Airbus Portugal is looking for a French‑speaking HR Administrator to join its Reward Operations team. The role focuses on personnel administration, time management and compensation & benefits processes, ensuring data quality and supporting payroll operations.
Key responsibilities
- Approve personal data changes in Workday and ensure accurate interfacing with the HR database.
- Manage employer certificates, DPAE declarations and long‑service award documentation, including archiving diplomas and attestations.
- Extract eligible employee data for company car allowances, integrate amounts in SAP and support the payroll team on car‑related topics.
- Validate public transport and mileage (IKV) receipts via e‑forms, handling non‑compliant cases.
- Integrate early‑career and temporary workers into Workday and SAP, manage their contracts, extensions, terminations and payroll data.
- Register and monitor temporary employee absences, sick leaves, overtime and work schedules in SAP, ensuring GDPR‑compliant archiving.
- Respond to employee queries through mailbox, ticketing tools and ServiceNow, including time‑warning notifications.
Required profile
- Fluent French language skills.
- Experience in HR administration, personnel data management and compensation & benefits processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple HR systems.
