Head of Product – Fraud & AI

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Head of Product to lead its fraud and financial‑crime product portfolio. You will shape AI‑centric solutions that protect customers, streamline compliance and build trust across the global platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional financial‑crime product team, defining and delivering security features for Revolut’s worldwide services.
• Build and mentor multiple squads and Product Owners, aligning them with clear product objectives and career growth plans.
• Own the product roadmap from strategic vision through execution, launch and iteration.
• Drive AI and data‑science initiatives to automate fraud detection and enable intuitive, multi‑modal customer interactions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience, including launching complex products from scratch.
• 3+ years managing large product teams (multiple squads and Product Owners).
• Proven experience with AI, data‑science, customer‑facing and back‑office products.
• Strong analytical acumen and ROI‑focused prioritisation.
• Hands‑on, bias‑to‑action mindset in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
