Head of Owners Relations

About the role

The Head of Owners Relations will lead the management of touristic and residential properties for Arrow Global’s Hospitality, Sports and Leisure platform in Portugal. Reporting to senior management, this role ensures legal compliance, financial oversight, and strong owner satisfaction across multiple hotel, golf, and equestrian assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate and execute property management contracts in line with legal and organisational standards.
• Collaborate with corporate counsel to draft and enforce regulatory documents such as Constitutive Titles and Administration Regulations.
• Lead owner communications, organise assemblies, distribute minutes and address inquiries with transparency.
• Direct team operations as the primary contact for property owners, ensuring timely resolution of concerns.
• Partner with Finance to prepare and review annual budgets and P&L statements, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.
• Organise General and Extraordinary Assemblies, preparing documentation and coordinating owner‑related events.
• Manage escalations with legal or contractual implications, liaising with senior management as needed.
• Oversee compliance documentation, insurance coverage and fee collections to safeguard operations.
• Create and update Property Owner Guides and implement recovery strategies for payment defaults.
• Supervise P&L management of condominium and third‑party tourist property operations.

Required profile

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or Law (preferred).
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in legal, financial or property‑management roles.
• Strong knowledge of property‑management regulations and legal frameworks.
• Advanced leadership, communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Proven track record in budgeting, P&L review and financial compliance.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
