Customer Manager (M/F)

About the role

The Customer Manager will be the main point of contact for property owners at our flagship resort in the Algarve. You will build and nurture relationships to secure new partnerships, maintain existing ones, and guarantee owner satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and develop contact with owners to understand their needs.
• Ensure the acquisition of new owners or the continuation of existing partnerships.
• Monitor and improve owner satisfaction throughout the partnership lifecycle.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in customer relationship, property management, front‑desk reception or public relations.
• Fluent English (required) and German (preferred).
• Strong analytical, synthesis and argumentation abilities.
• Team spirit, creativity, organizational skills, initiative and conflict‑management capability.
• Ease of interaction with customers and meticulous oral and written communication.
