Head of Marketing

About the role

Ventrata is a fast‑growing SaaS platform that powers attractions, tours and sightseeing activities worldwide. As Head of Marketing you will lead a high‑performing function that positions Ventrata as the go‑to enterprise solution for visitor‑experience businesses, driving both new customer acquisition and deeper relationships with existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global marketing strategy that delivers a predictable pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
• Architect enterprise messaging and co‑author joint‑marketing campaigns with OTA and reseller partners.
• Oversee product marketing, sales enablement and customer advocacy initiatives.
• Manage and develop an in‑house creative team covering events, content, video and design.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success and CRM administrators to ensure commercial focus and measurable results.
• Implement and track campaigns, processes and technology in HubSpot.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading marketing functions in SaaS or technology companies.
• Hands‑on execution mindset combined with strategic oversight.
• Strong track record of building and scaling high‑performing teams.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, sales and partnership teams.
