Head of Information Technology

About the role

As the Head of Information Technology at EID, you will steer both the strategic vision and day‑to‑day management of the company’s IT landscape. You will guarantee reliable, secure and scalable systems while leading the digital transformation agenda, ERP evolution and automation initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the IT roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain and improve IT operations, infrastructure, and support processes.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, risk management and business continuity.
• Own the ERP strategy, drive new module roll‑outs and enhance reporting and integrations.
• Lead digital transformation projects, introduce automation and AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
• Oversee internal application development, prioritising scalability and alignment with user needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT operations and business applications, with mandatory ERP expertise.
• Successful track record of ERP implementation or evolution.
• Exposure to digital transformation, process optimisation and AI‑driven workflows.
• Hands‑on attitude, capable of working with limited resources.
• Minimum B2 level of English.
