About the role
This senior leadership position is based in Portugal and will shape the creative advertising strategy for high‑growth digital products in global markets. You will own the end‑to‑end creative vision for paid acquisition campaigns, working closely with user acquisition teams in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a creative marketing strategy that maximises paid traffic performance across multiple products.
- Lead the creation of high‑performing ad concepts and manage the full production lifecycle from ideation to final assets.
- Mentor, grow and motivate the Creative Marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional development.
- Coordinate workflows and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality creative assets.
- Partner with User Acquisition Managers to align creative initiatives with campaign objectives and performance goals.
- Build scalable creative production processes and introduce best‑practice workflows.
- Design and refine testing methodologies to continuously improve creative effectiveness.
- Monitor creative performance, analyse key metrics and provide actionable insights.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a Creative Marketing department or a similar creative leadership function.
- Strong understanding of user acquisition and performance‑marketing principles.
- Proven ability to develop innovative advertising concepts that deliver measurable business results.
- Experience managing creative production pipelines and balancing multiple priorities.
- Hands‑on expertise in creative testing methodologies and performance optimisation.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Collaborative, proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
