Head Host/Hostess – Luxury Lifestyle Hotel

About the role

As the Head Host/Hostess at ME Lisbon, you will be the first point of contact for guests, shaping their arrival experience with confidence, elegance and charisma. You will lead a dedicated team in a luxury‑lifestyle hotel, ensuring every interaction reflects the ME brand’s vibrant and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and schedule the Host/Hostess team to maintain the highest service standards.
• Create a warm, stylish and personalized welcome for all guests, including VIPs and influencers.
• Oversee reservations, guest flow, table allocations and VIP arrivals.
• Build and nurture relationships with regular guests, partners and external collaborators.
• Collaborate closely with Restaurant, Bar and Guest Experience departments to maximise overall guest satisfaction.
• Maintain an energetic and sophisticated atmosphere aligned with the hotel’s luxury‑lifestyle concept.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Head Host/Hostess or similar role in luxury hospitality, nightlife, restaurants, rooftop bars or entertainment venues.
• Strong leadership ability with a talent for motivating and inspiring staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Charismatic personality with confidence and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
