Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Sembi, a leading AI testing company, is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own pipeline generation and conversion performance for its brands and product lines. You will shape the growth strategy, drive demand‑generation campaigns, and continuously optimise the funnel through data‑driven experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion growth marketing strategies and go‑to‑market vision based on market research and business goals.
• Generate demand and pipeline across paid, organic and owned channels, improving lead volume, quality and conversion rates.
• Monitor campaign performance with analytics tools, run A/B tests and growth experiments to refine tactics.
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, customer success and other teams to deliver high‑value campaign assets.
• Position the brand as an industry thought leader through consistent, high‑quality messaging.
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently and provide regular performance reports on key growth metrics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on demand generation and digital channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret data, track KPIs and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of leading cross‑functional initiatives.
• Passion for experimentation, A/B testing and scaling growth initiatives.
