Group Finance & Strategy Associate Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Group Finance & Strategy Associate Manager to join our international holding company. Reporting to the Global Head of Strategy in Portugal, you will support strategic decision‑making across a diverse portfolio of subsidiaries and investments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated financial models for strategic planning, investment decisions and capital allocation.
• Analyse and monitor performance of multiple subsidiaries and business units.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑term business planning at a consolidated group level.
• Evaluate growth opportunities, acquisitions, divestments and restructuring initiatives.
• Prepare Board, Executive Committee and shareholder presentations with clear insights.
• Partner with senior management to identify value‑creation opportunities.
• Assist with fund raising, debt financing and treasury‑related initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Corporate Development or FP&A.
• Strong understanding of consolidated financial statements and multi‑entity structures.
• Fluent English; APAC experience is a plus.
