About the role

As a Golf Experience Coordinator at Costaterra Golf & Ocean Club, you will be the front‑line ambassador ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable golf experience. You will combine hospitality excellence with operational support to keep the course and facilities running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, VIP‑level service to members and guests.
• Maintain golf carts in clean, fully charged condition.
• Manage the practice range, keeping it stocked and organized.
• Handle storage, preparation, and delivery of golf bags.
• Keep the bag storage area tidy and efficiently organized.
• Clean golf clubs and uphold overall facility cleanliness.

Required profile

• Fluent English (Portuguese a plus) for interacting with an international clientele.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and resilience in varied weather conditions.
• Team‑player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to operate a golf cart safely.
• Customer‑service experience handling member/guest relations.
• Physical stamina for long periods on feet and lifting up to 25 kg.
• Willingness to work outdoors across all seasons.
