Global Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

Syensqo is seeking a Global Senior HR Business Partner to partner with Specialty Polymers business leaders. You will drive transformation, support organic and inorganic growth, and help shape a culture focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the GBU HR strategy, ensuring the right capabilities are deployed for growth.
• Partner with business leaders on organization design and effectiveness reviews.
• Support M&A activities, from due‑diligence to integration of commercial functions.
• Leverage HR analytics to identify trends, develop proactive actions, and support workforce planning.
• Strengthen strategic workforce capabilities through talent forecasting and planning tools.
• Champion a culture of accountability and drive culture‑transformation initiatives.
• Lead project management for HR initiatives, balancing business and HR priorities.
• Apply the Syensqo HR Operating Model to deliver timely HR services.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities across HR processes and systems.
• Oversee talent acquisition performance, dashboards, and escalation resolution.
• Ensure smooth operation of global HR processes and systems.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner in a matrixed, global environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior business leaders and drive change.
• Strong understanding of organization design, M&A integration, and workforce planning.
• Analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics to inform decisions.
• Excellent project‑management skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
