Global Real Estate Director, Transformation & Delivery Centre of Excellence

About the role

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a senior leader to head its Global Real Estate Transformation & Delivery Centre of Excellence. Reporting to the Global Real Estate Executive Director, this role will integrate strategy, operations, and ESG across BCG’s worldwide real‑estate portfolio of over 4 million square feet.

Key responsibilities

• Design, codify, and operationalise a best‑in‑class transformation framework that aligns project delivery, workplace experience, ESG, and portfolio strategy.
• Act as the strategic and operational integrator for the Global Real Estate (GRE) organisation, ensuring consistency and scalability across regions.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, governance models, and standards while respecting regional market nuances.
• Serve as the “glue” between GRE Project Delivery, Workplace Experience, Portfolio Strategy, Portfolio Insight & Governance, and Real Estate ESG functions.
• Drive service‑delivery excellence, governance, innovation, and cross‑functional collaboration to meet cost, brand, culture, and sustainability objectives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in real‑estate transformation, delivery, or related consulting functions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, global initiatives and embed standardized processes.
• Strong track record of cross‑functional collaboration and change management.
