Global Mobility Internship (Extracurricular)

About the role

Join Bosch Service Solutions in Lisbon as an Extracurricular Intern in Global Mobility. You will support the international HR team by handling expatriate administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle and gaining hands‑on experience in cross‑border assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage expatriate‑related administrative tasks such as contracting, salary reviews, reporting and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate closely with HR to ensure orders and requests are completed within defined timelines.
• Provide consultancy on international assignment procedures, explaining policies, legal requirements and standards to assignees.

Required profile

• Preferably pursuing or holding a degree in Organizational Human Resources Management or a related social/management field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
