Global Marketing Manager

About the role

As Global Marketing Manager for BCG's Health Care Practice Area, you will strengthen BCG's position as a leading adviser to health care organisations worldwide by managing content, thought leadership and integrated marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑quality content and thought leadership and amplify it through integrated marketing campaigns.
• Develop strategic events that create client engagement opportunities and showcase BCG's points of view.
• Evolve client relationship programmes for more targeted, personal engagement.
• Work with experts to build external visibility and strengthen the practice’s market position.
• Plan and manage marketing activity—including measurement, budgets, resourcing—and identify AI opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Partner with practice leadership and global M&C teams to shape priorities, deliver campaigns and measure impact.
