German‑Speaking Customer Service Specialist

About the role

As part of Bosch’s internal initiative to modernise communication systems, you will help transition legacy hazard‑warning transmission units to 4G solutions. You will ensure a smooth, secure and compliant upgrade for customers while working with a dynamic, international team of engineers and service professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions and service requests related to the upgrade project.
• Support commercial and sales activities, including order processing and follow‑up.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate and assist technical interventions in customer buildings.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a commercial approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Fluent in German and English.

Required skills

• Previous experience in customer service, technical support or telecom‑related roles.
• Basic understanding of telecommunications networks.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM tools.
• Experience with SAP (strong advantage).
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and installation guidelines.
• Comfortable using monitoring and reporting tools.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
