Join Devoteam’s telecom team as a Data Analyst, turning operational data into actionable insights that support business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify behaviours, patterns, and trends.
• Monitor operational data and detect deviations from expected results.
• Create reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Develop and validate SQL queries, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
• Validate that all required columns and data fields are correctly populated.
• Read and interpret technical/functional specifications.
• Ensure data and reports comply with defined specifications.
• Identify improvement opportunities in processes based on data analysis.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Data Analyst or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, including queries, data validation, and analysis.
• Experience with Power BI (Tabular model is a plus).
• Good understanding of data quality and data validation principles.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Ability to understand specifications and translate them into data checks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
