German-speaking Customer Service Specialist (Part-time)

About the role

As part of Bosch's internal initiative to modernise communication technologies, you will support the transition to 4G solutions for critical hazard‑warning systems. This position combines customer interaction, technical coordination and project monitoring within a dynamic, international team based in Lisbon.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and service requests in German and English.
• Support commercial and sales‑related activities.
• Monitor project progress, flagging and escalating issues as needed.
• Coordinate technical interventions in buildings and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a commercial approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of telecommunications networks.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM tools.
• Experience with SAP (strong advantage).
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and installation guidelines.
• Comfort with monitoring and reporting tools.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
