German-speaking Client Advisor – Web Solutions

About the role

Join a leading cloud‑based development platform as a German‑speaking Client Advisor. You will assist millions of users worldwide, helping them create, design, and manage their online presence through chat, email, and phone support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in German and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot user issues on the client platform and deliver clear guidance.
• Educate users on platform features to maximise their website performance.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Stay updated on new features and communicate changes to users.
• Collect and relay user feedback to improve the overall experience.

Required profile

• C1 level German and at least B2 level English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience with a strong customer orientation.
• Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate.
• Stable employment history and ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem‑solving, and patience.

Required skills

• Experience with website builders.
• Familiarity with content management systems.
