Outbound Sales Operator (Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Outbound Sales Operator to join our international sales team in Lisbon. You will use your phone skills to generate new business and promote our AI‑driven automotive solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling.
• Identify customer needs and present suitable products and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate our products and services.
• Negotiate commercial conditions and close sales.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the CRM.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages such as German, French, Italian or Spanish are a plus.
• Previous experience in call centre, telemarketing, inside sales or sales is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Results‑oriented, proactive and motivated by targets.
• Strong team spirit and work ethic.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Genuine passion for the automotive industry.
• Valid work permit for Portugal.
