Gerente – Operations & People Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Gerente to lead daily operations and coordinate cross‑functional teams. The successful candidate will act as a central decision‑maker, leveraging deep knowledge of our industry to drive performance and support staff development.

Required profile

• Strong organizational abilities and proven leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work with diverse teams.

Required skills
