GEO Strategist – AI Visibility & Content Growth

About the role

The GEO Strategist will design and lead AI‑driven visibility strategies across GEO channels such as on‑site content, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, earned media, and technical SEO. You will turn performance data into actionable plans that drive measurable business growth for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute data‑driven GEO strategies aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
• Analyze LLM analytics, audience insights, funnel data, and industry trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Lead collaborative planning sessions with SEO, creative, and operations teams to ensure cohesive content programs.
• Conduct regular GEO audits, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Build scalable frameworks and documentation for consistent strategy execution.
• Present findings, performance outcomes, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior strategists and maintain alignment with broader digital marketing goals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital/content strategy, editorial planning, SEO, or related fields.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through digital marketing programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across cross‑functional teams.
• Passion for data‑driven decision making and iterative improvement.

What we offer

• Base salary of $70,000‑$80,000 CAD, dependent on experience and location.
