Fullstack Web Developer (Remote – Portugal)

About the role

We are seeking a Full‑Stack Web Developer to join an innovative project in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector. The role focuses on delivering high‑impact digital experiences, building robust architecture, and ensuring top‑tier SEO and UX at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Develop customized, scalable web solutions using PHP, Drupal, Node.js, React and SQL.
• Maintain the highest standards of performance, accessibility and digital security.
• Conduct technical assessments and optimise digital ecosystems for SEO and user experience.
• Collaborate strategically with design and marketing teams to deliver cohesive digital products.

Required profile

• Proven experience building web applications with the listed technology stack.
• Familiarity with large‑scale CMS platforms such as WordPress, Sitecore or AEM.
• Ability to work remotely and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
