Full Stack Engineer (Senior) – Portugal

About the role

We are building a modern booking platform that connects brands with markets. As a senior full‑stack engineer based in Portugal you will own features from concept to release, working on both backend and frontend to keep the platform stable and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship end‑to‑end product features (frontend + backend) from concept through implementation, release and iteration.
• Deliver quickly, validate with customers and iterate, focusing on learning over perfect code.
• Interact directly with users to understand workflow pain points and turn feedback into product improvements.
• Raise engineering standards by improving code patterns, testing, observability and developer experience.
• Take ownership of outcomes, prioritize ruthlessly and help shape the team’s product engineering culture.
• Maintain and evolve the platform, troubleshoot production issues and ensure reliability even when senior engineers are offline.

Required profile

• Strong product sense with attention to UX and detail.
• Solid experience building and scaling production backend systems.
• Pragmatic, impact‑driven mindset – knows when to polish and when to ship.
• Writes clean, maintainable code and communicates context early and often.
• Enjoys getting close to customers and real‑world constraints to build lasting solutions.
