Full Stack Developer – Castelo Branco (Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will work on modern web applications that serve customers worldwide, contributing across the entire technology stack from design to deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high‑quality web applications using React on the frontend and Python on the backend.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Help manage and improve our AWS‑based infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver impactful features.
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, documentation, and best‑practice adoption.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Based in Portugal and able to attend the Castelo Branco office once a week.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment.

Required skills

• React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Python for building APIs and scalable backend services.
• Next.js (a plus).
• GitHub, Docker, CI/CD workflows.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services and cloud‑native architectures.
