Front Office Manager (M/F)

About the role

We are looking for a Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team at Canaan Hub, a hybrid hotel, coworking and community space. The role will shape the guest experience from pre‑opening through daily operations, ensuring the brand’s warm and authentic hospitality is delivered at every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach and develop a high‑performing front office team.
• Design and implement pre‑opening procedures, service standards and training plans.
• Oversee arrivals, departures, room allocations, guest communications, cash handling and service recovery.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, revenue management, food & beverage and other departments to ensure seamless guest journeys.
• Manage the Cloudbeds PMS and related front office systems, maintaining data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Handle guest feedback and complex situations with empathy and professional judgement.
