French‑speaking Customer Service Support Specialist (Porto)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team in Porto. The role involves assisting customers with telecom products and services through phone, email and chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and swift problem resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in French with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide guidance on telecom plans, billing, activations and modifications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with technical and operational teams to deliver timely solutions.
• Document interactions and share feedback to help improve service processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product offerings and company procedures.

Required profile

• Fluency in French (spoken and written) and strong English (B2‑C1).
• Residence within 30 km of Porto and ability to work on‑site.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or call‑center environments is a plus.
• IT background is an advantage but not mandatory.
