About the role
Devoteam Cyber Trust is looking for a Network Security Automation Engineer to support its Financial Sector clients. You will design, implement and maintain automated network security solutions across multi‑vendor environments.
Key responsibilities
- Define automation strategy, coding standards and select tools such as Ansible, Python and Jinja2.
- Automate device provisioning, configuration management and change‑control using GitLab pipelines.
- Develop real‑time network monitoring, remediation scripts and performance metric tracking.
- Orchestrate data‑center fabrics, VXLAN‑EVPN routing and traffic load‑balancing.
- Integrate custom Ansible modules, dynamic inventories and CI/CD pipelines with Git‑based workflows.
Required profile
- Strong experience with Python networking libraries (Netmiko, NAPALM, PyEZ, Nornir) and Bash/Shell scripting.
- Proficiency in Ansible, Jinja2 templating, Git version control and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Knowledge of network protocols (Layer 2/3, SNMP, NetFlow/sFlow, gNMI, gNOI, REST APIs) and security concepts.
- Hands‑on Linux system administration, especially Red Hat, with ability to automate tasks.
