French‑Speaking Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our international support team. You will be the primary point of contact for French‑language customers, delivering fast, accurate, and courteous assistance across phone, email, and chat channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in French, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs.
• Resolve inquiries, complaints, and service issues while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
• Document all contacts clearly in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Follow internal policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to process‑optimization and customer‑experience initiatives.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in French (spoken and written).
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service, contact‑center or client‑facing roles is preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a KPI‑driven environment.
• Professional, reliable, and customer‑oriented.
• Willingness to relocate and work onsite.
