About the role
We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our on‑site team in Porto, Portugal. The role involves providing bilingual support (French and English) to users of a leading business travel platform, ensuring high client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer support in French and English.
- Ensure high‑quality, accurate, and timely service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Handle travel‑related inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel industry.
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Fluent/native‑level French with strong written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
Required skills
What we offer
- Gross salary of €1,000 per month (paid over 14 months).
- Attendance bonus of €100 per month (paid over 11 months).
- Meal allowance of €7.63 per working day.
- Relocation support.
- Monday‑Friday schedule, 08:00‑17:00.
