About the role

Our client, a global leader in industrial gases and engineering, is expanding its team in Porto. They are looking for French‑speaking professionals to fill a range of positions, from operational agents to team leaders, across customer service, finance, and shared services functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑office and customer support in French, handling inquiries and issue resolution.
• Assist with credit‑to‑cash processes, invoicing, and financial administration.
• Lead small teams, coach members, and ensure service quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders using CRM/ERP systems to maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Native or professional fluency in French (C1/C2 level) and good English.
• Relevant experience in customer support, shared services, finance, accounting, or team management.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid work permit for Portugal or EU citizenship; currently residing in Porto or willing to relocate.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM/ERP tools such as SAP, Salesforce, or Excel.
