French‑Speaking Customer Service & Finance Roles in Porto

About the role

Our client, a global leader in industrial gases and engineering, is expanding its Portuguese operations and seeks French‑speaking professionals for a range of positions in Porto. Roles include operational agents, customer‑service representatives, finance administrators, and team leaders. Fluency in French and good English are mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑office and customer‑service support to French‑speaking clients.
• Handle credit‑to‑cash processes, invoicing and basic financial administration.
• Lead small teams, coach staff and ensure service quality.
• Use CRM/ERP systems to record interactions, process orders and generate reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Required profile

• Native or professional fluency in French (C1/C2) and solid English skills.
• Previous experience in customer support, shared services, finance, accounting or team management.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid work permit for Portugal or EU citizenship.
• Currently residing in Porto or willing to relocate.

Required skills

• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
